  Pack your items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
